INCISIVE ONLINE OVERVIEW

Incisive Online Overview

About Incisive Online
Incisive Online is the industry’s FIRST spreadsheet analysis and management software as a service. Developed for all levels of spreadsheet users, Incisive Online provides a comprehensive examination of spreadsheets to help identify root problems. Complexity of formulas, volume of linkages to other cells/worksheets/spreadsheets, volume of data and spreadsheet size all contribute to the inherent risk of a spreadsheet. Incisive Online gives users visibility into spreadsheet risk and identifies defects for swift analysis and resolution.

  • Structure Report. Graphical display of the spreadsheet structure helps users understand how a spreadsheet was designed to work as well as to identify defects
  • Risk Assessment and Summary Reports. Spreadsheet metrics give users visibility into spreadsheet risk – and potential liability – to the organization. Metrics including complexity of formulas, volume of linkages to other cells/worksheets/spreadsheets, volume of data and spreadsheet size all contribute to the inherent risk of a spreadsheet.
  • Critical Error Report and Heat Map. Text- and Graphic-based reports guide users to errors and unknown risks, including hidden cells, for swift analysis and resolution
  • Diff Reporting Compares cell values and formulas, as well as named ranges, using both text- and graphic-based reports.
    • Cell values and formulas are compared at the same time at both the workbook and worksheet level – no need to run separate analysis reports
    • Incisive Online is the only solution that examines and compares named ranges. Names can: inadvertently “disappear” and cause difficulty in diagnosing miscalculations; and/or grow, shrink shift, which may lead to incorrect results. If a name is a constant, holds a formula, includes external reference or the spreadsheet is simply has too many names to review, Diff Reporting will recognize any changes and allow users to recover from these situations.
