Summary

This analysis result shows the location and description for every test result found in a spreadsheet that was submitted to our server for analysis.

Details

The Heat Map is an XLS file that is generated after analyzing a submitted spreadsheet via Incisive Online. It is similar to a "static" version of the test results in Xcellerator. Xcellerator allows you to chose not only which tests to run, but also give you the ability to interact with the results. The categories of these tests are: errors, warnings, hidden, and informational.

Each result in the Heat Map is identified by a colored cell. Each color corresponds to a test type. Red for Errors, Yellow for Warning, Beige for Information and Hidden. To see the details of the error in the Heat Map, view the comment in that cell. The comment can be accessed by hovering over the cell. If there are many results for that cell, the comment may be long. You may have to go into "edit" mode on the comment to see the full results. Xcellerator makes the results easy to see in a transparent window above the spreadsheet within Excel. The hidden cells and sheets are difficult to discover without Xcellerator because they remain hidden in this result. This type of analysis is available in Xcellerator - a desktop application. Read more about Xcellerator on the Xcellerator Product Page.
