In this demonstration, I'd like to show you how to use Xcellerator to find formulas that don't quite cover all the data that it should. So in this case, we have a formula, this is a sum, and it is the sum of all the 1s above it. Now if we were to insert a row to add some data to this sum, and put a value in, you can see that it didn't include that 1 in the sum, because it should be 11 now. So you can use Xcellerator by selecting the test that finds this, and the test is called 'Formula fails to cover area' and we show you in the explanation of the result that the range you are referencing, isn't quite the range that we think you should be referencing. So here, to fix this, you could select the cell, and adjust the formula to include the new value from what we recommended. And you're all set. Hit rescan. You won't have any formula fails to cover area result.
