Description
This video demonstration will show you how to approve a formula region during an Incisive Validate auditing session. We start this demonstration with Validate running on a demonstration workbook.

How to approve a formula region in Validate

1. Notice: Formula regions group areas of similar formulas and purple boxes indicate the location of each formula region.
2. First, we click on a cell in a a formula region
3. Next, review that region's formula in the Selected Region panel
4. Finish approving the formula region by clicking the checkbox next to Approved
5. Oncie approved, the square next to the selected region in the Region Navigator turn green as well as the border around the formula region turns green
