Description
This demonstration shows how to re-enable an Add-in in Excel 2007. This applies to Xcellerator, Validate, Audit, Detect, and Navigate software. Is the Incisive / RedRover ribbon missing? Follow these steps to fix it.

Steps to re-enable an Incisive Add-in in Excel 2007

1. Ensure the Add-in is installed. Can be done by verifying in the Add/Remove programs window in the control panel.
2. Start Excel. Click the Incisive tab.
3. Look for the missing add-in's controls. Verify that they are not shown.
4. To re-enable
   1. Click big round office button
   2. Click Excel Options
   3. Click Add-Ins on the left
   4. Find the disabled add-in in the inactive list. (this again verifies that the add-in is installed)
   5. At the bottom, there is a dropdown list. Select disabled add-ins, and then click Go...
   6. Look for your missing addin here. Enable it.
   7. Now, in the drop down list, select COM Add-ins. (this step must be done after the disabled step above). Click Go...
   8. Place a checkmark beside the Add-in you want to enable. It should appear on the screen.
