Steps to re-enable an Incisive Add-in in Excel 2003
- Ensure the Add-in is installed. Can be done by verifying in the Add/Remove programs window in the control panel.
- Start Excel.
- Look for the missing add-in's toolbar. Verify that it is not shown.
- To re-enable
- First, select View | Toolbars. Look for the Addin. If it is there, check it to enable the toolbar. You should now be able to see the toolbar. If you don't see it in the list of toolbars, continue with the steps below.
- Click Help | About
- Click Disabled Items...
- Look for your missing add-in here. Enable it.
- Restart Excel, and you should see your Add-in's toolbar in the toolbar area
